JAY 250

The technology of continuous film pulling and the function of automatic bilateral rectifying makes machine running more reliable. It deletes misalignment of film drawing and ensures reliable operation without an operator on duty.

Vacuum absorption with the servo film pulling down and aid-pull system ensures accurate positioning of bag length improves film pulling efficiency and prolongs pull down belt life also decreasing running noise and power consumption.

The horizontal sealing has a servo system; its sealing pressure and open travel can be adjusted at will making it suitable for any kind of packaging material and bag type.

The open bottom space and design of the machine makes for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Compared with traditional machines the production efficiency has been more than doubled and the quality of the seal improved, the floor space is less and the investment for auxiliary equipment decreases by one half, the number of operators reduces and running cost reduce greatly.

TFT human-machine interface with the Internet remote control and maintenance system makes the maintenance more convenient.

The vacuum absorption film ensures continuous & accurate pulling down of the packaging film, high speed and stable sealing and cutting and with the remote control and maintenance system communicating with the machine from an office can be achieved.

The High Speed Auger Filling and Packaging System is designed and manufactured specially for powdery and super fine powder products. The auger is driven by servo system, the weight of filling can be adjusted automatically through optional (check-weigher for feed back).

The High Speed Auger Filling and Packaging system is applicable to products with a relatively stable density.

Easy monitoring of transparent hopper and easy cleaning because of a two-part structure

The length of the stainless steal screw is up to 2 meters so as to keep excellent filling accuracy

Advanced and perfect gas flushing system keeps oxygen residual content to be less than 1.5%

Online detector ensures qualified oxygen residual content

Checking feedback and sorting device near exit chute of finished bag ensures accuracy to less than 1%

Compact closure door is used to prevent product clamping at sealing jaw.
