• GPK -5545TBC fully automatic side sealer, widely used in large quantity packaging, with high automatic in-feed, conveying, bagging, sealing and shrinking, with high work efficiency, its sealing size is adjustable.
• Sealing part adopts a vertical drive, and has a highly advanced side sealing cutters, the sealing line is constantly accurately straight and strong and it is in the middle of the package.
• It has a constant temperature heating sealing system, suitable for sealing PE, POF film, the size is adjusted by hand wheel making for easy operation.
• The machine has an advanced PLC system with safety protection and alarm devices, ensures a continues sealing action with simple maintenance.
• Special designed auto errors detector ensures the machine will stop automatically when the plastic is blocking or the conveying belt is off tracking.
• Film in-feed length controlled by electric eye and timer, accurate control makes better shrink.
• There are horizontal and vertical electric eyes, easy to switchover and also easy to pack thin and small products.
• Auto remaining film reeling controlled by one motor, the remaining film will not break even if the film is too loose or too tight.
