This semi-automatic machine for filling and closing of plastic tubes with automatic turning of rotary table is equipped with 6 working positions in following steps:

Semi auto lobe pump filler LB440
This lobe pump filling machine is a high precision metering pump filler. It’s multifunctional PLC control system allows the operator to adjust the filling time, the waiting time and the rotation speed of the pump to obtain different filling capacities for various types of products. It can be used to handle slurries, pastes and liquids. This machine is perfect for free-flowing liquid and medium-dense products. The product itself must not contain pieces which must remain intact otherwise they may be crushed.
