TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE MACHINE
MACHINE STRUCTURE
Stru
cture of the machine made out in stainless steel AISI 304, placed on adjustable feet built in resistant material. The machine is complete with safety protection in stainless steel AISI 304, built according to CE norms, integrated into the machine structure. The safety devices stop the machine preventing the bottles from breaking and the machine from getting damaged. Every part touching the product are in stainless steel AISI 304 (or AISI 316 available as optional). Equipped with a device to contain and recover the filling product that could be poured accidentally. The basement is complete with supports adjustable in height. Complete with stain

PLC & ELECTRICAL CABINET
Stainless steel electric board with low voltage controls, placed at machine side. Complete with electrical photocells placed in the enter and on the exit, in the case of problems and no arrival of bottles, the machine stops. Machine speed electronically adjusted by means of inverter. The Machine is complete with stainless steel electric board with low voltage controls, placed at machine frame side. Electronic control of the machine by PLC TOUCH SCREEN SIEMENS. (Allen-Bradley or other brands available on demand).
