Tray layout
The process of the automatic box forming machine:
It consists of three parts: adjustable boxes deck, take/feed part, and adjustable folding box spraying glue. The automatic box forming machine uses a motor to feed the box, and the side suction cups absorb the colour boxes. The box is put into the feeding station through the suction cup, and sent to the forming station for glue spraying and folding, and finally press down the front and rear two small folds against the side of the box. All the devices of the box forming machine are reset, and the finished box is conveyed to the conveyor, and the above actions are automatically cycled.
