1-stage RO Water Treatment System
Capacity: 12,000L/hr.
Introduction
RO system is widely used in preparation of water for beverage industry, which features adaptable of different salt content of water, easy operation, less labor force and low running cost.

Composition of Water Treatment System
1. Pre-treatment System.
Pre-treatment system is composed of a mechanical filter, active carbon filter, Ion Exchanger and precision filter. The water temperature requires 25±30C.
Flocculator is used for destroying electro-neutral of colloid in water, which ensures raw water can reach to the requirement of Silt Density Index (SDI) ≤ 4. Mechanical filter can remove most of suspension, colloid and grain impurity, which can ensure initial purification of water.
If some of raw water comes from tap water, chlorine content maybe is higher. Low-pressure compound RO membrane has strict limitation to chlorine and organism, which must be ≤0.1mg/1.
Because calcium and magnesium content in raw water is very high, and RO salt-removing rate is about 97%, which may cause deposit of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, bitter salt, etc. on concentrated water side. Deposit adhered on RO membrane surface and may block passage of components and causes pressure difference increase, water output decrease and salt-removing rate decrease, which influence normal running and usage span of RO. So before precision filter, Ion Exchanger is equipped to protect and avoids impurity on RO concentrated water side.
2. RO System
RO system is composed of high-pressure pump, RO system and chemical cleaning device.
During running, RO membrane may form some deposit and chemical cleaning device is equipped for periodical cleaning to ensure stable running of RO system. This system configures with membrane compounds and high-pressure pump.
High-pressure pump is the power source of RO system. To RO system on sound running condition, high-pressure pump equips inlet/outlet pressure switch. When inlet pressure is less than set value (water lack P≤0.05Mpa) or outlet pressure is higher than set value, pressure switch send signal to PLC programming system and high-pressure pump and RO system will stop in avoidance of destroying to RO membrane because of water pressure.
RO system pressure control and automatic cleaning are controlled by PLC. RO system can wash surface of RO membrane by low-pressure timely and periodically.

SSW-2L-8 Blow Molding Machine

The SSW-2L is an economic two stage automatic stretch blow moulding machine, which is mainly designed for the PET and PP stretch blow bottles. The SSW-2L consumes less power due to optimized machine layouts and patented perform heating system, so the end of user can achieve maximum profit in today’s competitive bottle moulding market.
Machine futures
1. Preform feeding system: Single channel preform feeding and star wheel preform feeding are adopted, which effectively solves the problem of preform blocking and wearing.
2. Revolution system: It adopts special chain and is driven by servo motor, so that the heating unit can move smoothly, with fast positioning and low noise.
3. Heating system: heating and conveying in the mode of rotary blow molding machine can reduce energy consumption and greatly improve the speed and quality of heating.
4. Mold system: high-pressure mold clamping technology is adopted, there is no mold expansion phenomenon, and the mold clamping line is thin. The mold adopts drawer structure, and is positioned with four fixed tie rods on the mold back panel, which can be easily replaced within half an hour.
5. Stretch-blow system: The cycle time of the first blow and the second blow can be adjusted. According to the customer’s different preforms and different bottle types, each rod can be adjusted individually, with high flexibility.
6. Electric control system: Pneumatic and electrical components are from internationally renowned brands. The touch screen control system is easy to operate, has perfect monitoring and induction settings, has fault diagnosis functions, and automatically calculates reports to master the production efficiency of each shift.
7. Cooling/chilled water circulation system: There is a cooling water channel under the heating box. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube and protect the teeth from deformation. Chilled water leads to the mold, which cools the mold quickly and improves the production efficiency of the whole machine.

Air Conveyor
Air conveyor is horsed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are blocked on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All are made of stainless steel SUS304, except the horses, board of plastic and nylon.

XGF Series Rinsing-filling-capping 3-in-1 Monoblock
3-in-1 filling monoblock, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of still pure water and mineral water, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology from Germany and Italy.
Main features
1. Bottle infeed
- Bottle infeed by combination of infeed starwheels.

- The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.
- The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
- The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.

Capper
- Capper is the machine with highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock. Our capper features as follows:
- Besides the magnetic contortion variation device, there is variation dial which makes variation more easily. The benefit of this design is not only it can set the contortion, but also it makes contortion more precise and credible, and reduces inferior.
- Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.
- Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
- The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
- Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.
- A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of elevator.
5. Discharge Starwheel
- Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.

Discharge Conveyor
• Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.

Bottle Conveying & Buffering System
Bottle conveyor is in great influence with the efficiency of line operation. In the downstream of the line, a short break of the machine (eg. Label change) should be considered, but in the forepart, there should be no influence. The two parts should be connected perfectly to ensure the efficient operation of the whole line. Our arrangement of the line is fully concerned with the relationship between investment and efficiency for the Buyer, which is in fine compliance with the above requirement. With application of advanced technology from abroad, the structure is newly designed, and most of the components are formed up through pressing and bending, which are fine in capacity, low in weight and good in exchange. The driving system operates reliably and is easy to maintain.
Main features:
1) Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam. And the cushion platform can be set before labeling machine, when the label is changed, the filling machine can keep working, no need to stop and waiting. The filled product during this period will be stored by the cushion, when label changing is finished, labeling machine will label the stored product in a high speed, and producing speed recovered.

- 3. Working principle
This hot melt adhesive OPP labeling machine is a new type of rotary and continuous labeling machine; the equipment can automatically adjust the in and out transmission of the container; the containers conveyed by the conveyor belt are separated by the bottle-separating screw according to the spacing of the star wheels After a certain distance, the imported star wheel transfers the container to the container turntable. After the container is fixed by the bottle pressing mechanism and the mold base of the container, the container starts to rotate at a certain speed; during the product rotation process, it is mechanically pre-positioned; and Positioning and labeling according to the trajectory of the organization - When the container reaches the detection position of the electric eye, the computer host controls the label feeding system to send the label. When a label feeding action is completed, the high-speed cutter cuts off a label; due to the use of Sanyo’s small inertia high-speed servo motor, it can ensure high-speed label feeding and cutting. Target accuracy and stability
- The cut labels are fed into the gluing system; in this part, the system glues the two parts of the label’s leading and trailing edges. This gluing method minimizes the consumption of hot melt adhesive.
- The glued label is accurately and efficiently applied to the container when it is transferred to the labeling position. Since the container is in a rotating state during the conveying process of the label, the label can be smoothly and tightly adhered to the container. The tape at the end of the glue can form a good label lap seal, completing a labeling process

Guarantee: |
The guarantee period is 24 months, for one eight-hour shift per day, from the date the machine is started up, or 26 months from the date on which it is dispatched form’s premises. The guarantee covers all components and parts made by us that may be found to be defective and/or damaged and recognised as such by our technical personnel. The guarantee excludes the electric motors and electric/electronic materials, for which the relevant manufacturer’s guarantee will apply. In terms of International Law, parts made by us found to be defective or damaged will be replaced under guarantee; transport costs will be at the customer’s expense. Should any activity be performed by our technicians, all expenses (travelling, board and lodging, and local transport), will be at the customer’s expense.
The guaranteed performance of the machine is subject to the following conditions: o The machine is to be supplied with the type of material agreed. o The machine must be operated and routinely maintained in full compliance with the relevant instructions given in the operating and maintenance manual. o Personnel involved in operating and/or maintaining the machine must be correctly and adequately trained. Under no circumstances will the guarantee apply if the purchaser has modified or repaired the machine without the manufacturer’s authorisation. |
